Short biography

Helen Kibsgaard has had a closely integrated collaboration with Nuna Law for more than 20 years and became a partner at Nuna Law in 2019.

For many years, she has worked with Greenlandic legal matters and assists foreign companies in this regard.

Helen has extensive expertise in the mineral resource area and has for more than 20 years advised mining companies in relation to mining legislation and licensing matters as well as ownership structures, joint ventures and financing, etc.

She also has vast experience with contracts and international matters. She also specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and competition law, and focuses on the increasing demands in relation to compliance and ESG.
