A new Mining Act is in the pipe line

A bill for a new Mining Act in Greenland is expected to be presented to the Greenland Parliament during the spring session 2023. The new Mining Act is set to come into force as of 1 July 2023.  In our newsletter we shed light on what new in the Mining Act will bring, read it here
