All Greenlandic Companies must henceforth register beneficial owners. This requirement also applies to existing companies!
What is beneficial owners?
Beneficial owners are the natural persons, who ultimately directly or indirectly owns or controls at least 25 % of the shares of votes of the company.
Register now and before the deadline!
The deadline for registration is 31 July 2022. Failure to register results in compulsory dissolution of the company.
